Then God appeared to Jacob again, when he came from Padan Aram, and blessed him. And God said to him, “Your name is Jacob; your name shall not be called Jacob anymore, but Israel shall be your name.”
So He called his name Israel. Also God said to him: “I am God Almighty.
Be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall proceed from you, and kings shall come from your body.
The land which I gave Abraham and Isaac I give to you; and to your descendants after you I give this land.”
One of the greatest controversies and challenges in the Messianic movement is Who is Israel?
Are all Jews now considered Israel?
Are all Israelites, Jews?
How did the Unified Kingdom of Israel split? Where did they go?
Who lived in the Land during the time of Yeshua (Jesus)?
We answer all these questions and attempt to bridge the seemingly wide gap between non-Jewish and Jewish believers in Messiah and how we need to come together as that One New Man and Woman in Messiah.
Get out your notebook and Bible and let's dig deep into the Word of God so that there can be unity in the faith as we await our Messiah and continue the Mission of proclaiming the Gospel!
